In keeping with local subdivision trends, Corrigan is a multi-unit development comprising of two townhouses that seek to set a strong local precedent for contemporary design. Celebrating the prominence of dominant roof forms in the area, the gable roof planes of Corrigan offer a simple and restrained gesture to the existing streetscape.

Both dwellings are designed to maximize yield with generous, light filled interiors. A strong emphasis was placed on privacy and zoning whilst ensuring a visual connection to the outdoors.
